This is my 29th year working at Sacred Heart!  I spent the last 17 years as the 7 & 8th grade social studies teacher.  History is my passion! I have run a very successful History Day Independent Study for the past several years as well as a Model UN Club.

I was honored by the Fredrick AO Schwartz Museum as the New York City as NYC History Teacher of the Year three years ago. I am truly blessed to be here at Sacred Heart and to work with such awesome students and families.

As I assume my new role, as Educational Leader, I ask for your prayers- I have very big shoes to fill!

My husband, James, and I have two children, Keri and Sean. Keri is married to Ryan and a mother of two beautiful, smart, funny and playful girls — Erin (4 years) and Tegan (2).  My granddaughters are my world. I love being their “Memas”. Sean recently moved from Rochester, NY, to Watertown, Mass. ( just outside Boston) he holds a BS from Geneseo College and a MS from the University of Rochester in Computer Analytics, something that I know very little about!

I have been a religious educator for the past 32 years, and I serve as an Eucharist Minister.

I am excited to embark on this new chapter of my life.
